Host a Film Night
We bring a high quality monthly cinema experience to venues throughout the south. For communities without a local cinema, CineMobile makes newly released films accessible and affordable to all.

We do all the technical work, providing a complete service. One of our trained cinema technicians will deliver the equipment, set everything up, attend for the entire duration and pack everything down afterwards. All you need to do is let people know about the event and sell tickets in whichever way best suits you and your community.

If you have any questions about how it works, or would like to find out more about whether CineMobile is right for your venue, please get in touch and we'd be happy to chat!
The Setup
Venue Suitability
-
For new venues, we will do a free site visit to confirm venue suitability, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on the day of the show.
-
See the Setup and Requirements sections below for more detail on what we need.
-
Audience capacity is determined by the Venue's license.
-
The Venue is responsible for ensuring their premises safety requirements are being met, as well as keeping within current Covid guidance.
-
Venues are responsible for providing and arranging seating.

Film Choice
-
We run one newly-released film across all venues each month, the film is chosen based on predictions for the highest potential for ticket sales.
-
A custom film choice is possible, but will cost extra due to licencing fees and technical costs. Please get in touch if you want to run a film of your own choice.

Ticket Sales
-
The Venue is responsible for selling tickets, the ticket price is up to you but is usually around £8-10.
-
Usually the Venue sells tickets from a local shop or community hub.
-
Tickets are also sold online via our TicketSource platform.
-
The Venue is responsible for checking and selling tickets at the door.
-
CineMobile retains 75% of the ticket sale income, with a minimum fee of £275. This covers film licensing, equipment maintenance and staff costs.

On The Day
-
Venues are encouraged to sell drinks and snacks before the show and during an intermission.
-
We will bring our cinema projector, speakers and portable screen.
-
It can take up to an hour and a half to get everything set up, check and test.
-
It's a nice idea for one of the organisers to make a quick speech to welcome the audience, let them know the intermission time and end time, as well as let them know any safety information.
